1. Scope and outcome
Website descriptions form the starting point. Final scope, stage outputs, timelines, price, assumptions and acceptance criteria are confirmed in an order, proposal or agreement.
2. Communication
The client platform is the primary channel for tasks, files, status, questions, decisions and approvals. Specialists communicate through the platform to preserve a complete project record.
The founder joins Discovery, strategy, critical decisions, complex milestones and final acceptance where the service model provides for it.
3. Stages and client input
Work follows agreed stages. The client provides materials, access and feedback on time. Client delay may move the timeline without reducing the studio's quality obligations.
4. Changes
A request outside scope is documented with its price and schedule impact and requires approval before work begins.
5. Demonstration and acceptance
The result is demonstrated and provided for review against agreed criteria. The client supplies one consolidated list of justified issues within the agreed review period. Once confirmed non-conformities are corrected, delivery is accepted.
6. Handover and support
Agreed files, access and instructions are transferred after acceptance. Warranty support corrects verified non-conformities; further development is scoped separately.
