1. Price and currency
Price, currency, taxes, bank fees and included scope are confirmed before payment. Catalog pricing applies only to the stated configuration; additions are priced separately.
2. Payment schedule
For fixed-scope services, the standard model is 20% after order confirmation to reserve resources and begin work, and 80% after demonstration and acceptance against agreed criteria. A large or long project may use milestone payments under its agreement.
3. Cancellation
Before work starts, cancellation is reviewed against non-recoverable costs. After start, completed work, reserved resources and approved external costs may be deducted, with a calculation provided to the client.
4. Refunds
A refund may apply to overpayment, inability to deliver caused by the supplier, or other cases required by the agreement or mandatory law. Timing and method depend on the payment channel and legal requirements.
