How to start account closure and what happens after confirmation.

Before confirming

Password or email verification is required.
Telegram is unlinked and active sessions end.
Account access may be restricted while processed.
Mandatory financial and contract records may be retained.

1. Process

Start in the client account or form, verify identity and review consequences. A data-subject request is created and an email confirmation sent.

2. Effect

Sessions end, Telegram is unlinked and new activity is blocked. After review, data is erased or anonymised where allowed.

3. Retained records

Agreements, orders, invoices, payment proof, security logs and dispute materials may remain as required for performance, accounting, tax, rights and fraud prevention.

4. Alternative

If login is unavailable, use /data-request or write from the account email to info@alemdardursun.com.
