AI is a working tool, not a contracting party.
A person confirms price, timelines and legally significant decisions.
Critical outputs are reviewed.
Do not submit sensitive data unless specifically agreed.

1. AI uses

AI may assist with request classification, drafting, translation, summarisation, research, requirements structuring, data analysis and process automation.

2. Human oversight

AI does not finally approve price, contracts, timelines or acceptance. Material decisions and outputs are reviewed by an authorised person; complex projects receive founder oversight.

3. Limitations

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be treated as final legal, medical or financial advice without specialist review.

4. Data and providers

Only necessary information should be submitted to AI services. Sensitive data, secrets, passwords and special-category information require prior agreement and suitable safeguards.
